Helping women break free from self-doubt and embody their fullest potential
Nuria is a certified NLP Practitioner, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Pole Dance Athlete, dedicated to guiding individuals toward self-empowerment and authentic self-expression. With over 10 years of experience in pole dance and more than 5 years as a certified instructor, she seamlessly blends movement, mindset, and deep inner work to create transformative experiences.
Her journey began with a defining moment—watching a pole dancer on a talent show and feeling an immediate spark. Despite external doubts and personal struggles with flexibility and strength, she pursued her passion relentlessly. Years later, she proved to herself what was possible, competing on an international level and placing 3rd at PSO Artistic Level 3, 2nd at PSO Artistic Level 4, and competing at the IPSF World Championships 2024.
Beyond pole dance, Nuria’s deep interest in subconscious healing led her to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Yoga, and Meditation. She now combines these disciplines in her 8-week Rebirth program, retreats, coaching, and masterclasses, offering powerful spaces for healing, growth, and transformation.
